I bought my Crosstrek year ago, I keep waiting to be treated like crap, I'm not a new car buyer anymore, but everyone treat me very well better than any dealership I've ever been too. I'm old I've been to a few. But I can't say enough about how well I've been treated at Cavender Subaru even when I come in just for a oil change. Service & parts department are Outstanding. Plus best vehicle I've ever bought.

I bought my second Subaru back in November of 24 through Cavender and had a pleasant experience at the time. The service was quick and did not feel like they were too pushy on getting the sale/up sales done first before good customer service. Any questions I had were either answered immediately or, if it was not available, they made sure to double check with the right team to get the right answer. The team also reached out to make sure everything after the purchase was completed. When the time comes, I would love to work with this sales team again. I returned today to get my first check in done on my Outback. The check in process was quick and again, while they suggested some things, did not make me feel like I was being made to do it. Grant was able to answer any questions I had and super informative while doing so. The services done were done quickly and affordably. Frequent check ins done over text seamlessly and well appreciated. The free run through the car wash was a nice surprise, and saved me a trip later in the day. While I do not plan on coming by for each and every oil change, I do intend on coming back to Cavender for future check ups, tire rotations, and oil changes around every 12,000 miles. Overall, everyone I have worked with here has been friendly, kind, informative, professional, and have made the car buying experience, and routine maintenances, one that is well worth it. Integrity is the best way to describe the experience I have had with them thus far. They’ll take care of you and your car like every dealership should.
